Otway refinanced the existing debt facility for the underlying asset and raised the capital for first stage of a development financing and purchase take-out facility for a $490 million project in North Sydney. 

Otway structured the transaction and then introduced a US Private Equity fund to provide the capital to execute the transaction, providing the refinance of an existing ANZ facility.  The US Private Equity fund sold the asset in June 2016.
